AI automation consulting

I build the automations that take the repetitive work off your team.

I'm Mercy Emmanuel — a project manager from live events and TV production who now builds with AI. That background matters here: automating a process well starts with understanding it, and I've spent years running the kind of messy, deadline-bound operations most workflows are hiding inside. I work with n8n, Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT and Lovable, based in Lagos, Nigeria and available remotely.

What I build

Workflows and agents I set up most often.

Lead capture & routing

A form or DM submission is validated, enriched, logged to a sheet or CRM and routed to the right inbox with a reply already drafted. Built and running in n8n — the live demo endpoint is linked from my portfolio.

Content production pipeline

One idea becomes a script, captions, a thumbnail brief and a posting checklist. Claude and ChatGPT do the drafting, the workflow handles the hand-offs and the approvals stay human.

Event & project operations

Run-of-show updates, vendor chasers, call sheets and status roll-ups sent on schedule — the admin layer I used to do by hand across award shows and live broadcasts.

Inbox & document triage

Incoming email, briefs and contracts are summarised, categorised and filed, with anything urgent flagged to a human straight away.

Custom AI agents

A task-specific agent with your instructions, tools and guardrails — a research assistant, a first-draft writer or an internal question-answering bot over your own documents.

Private LLM setups

For teams who can't send client or talent data to a public model: a self-hosted model behind your own access controls.

How it works

Four steps, no long discovery phase.

01

Free scoping call

30 minutes. We map the tasks eating your week and pick the one or two worth automating first.

02

Workflow map

You get a written map of the process, the tools involved, what stays human and what the automation will own.

03

Build & test

I build it in n8n, Zapier or Lovable, run it on real inputs and fix what breaks before it touches your team.

04

Handover

A short walkthrough recording, the login details, and a written note on how to change it as your work changes.

Who it's for

Best fit.

  • Small teams and solo operators drowning in repeat admin
  • Media, events and production businesses with heavy coordination load
  • Founders who want an internal tool built without hiring a dev team
  • Teams handling sensitive data who need a private model, not a public chatbot

If you're not sure whether your process is worth automating, bring it to the call anyway — sometimes the honest answer is a better checklist, and I'll say so.
